WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA, April 21, 2009 -- ValueClick Media, the performance advertising network division of ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq:VCLK), today announced the details of its Mother's Day sponsorship package, designed to connect advertisers with consumers shopping for mom during the days leading up to the holiday on May 10.

The sponsorship provides access to more than 14 million highly targeted impressions led by 100 percent share-of-voice opportunities on DivaVillage, Become.com and RecipeTips. Unique, customizable opportunities are also available within each of these properties as part of the package.

In addition, a high percentage of traffic for the sponsorship is driven by the "Remembering Mom" custom channel comprised of highly relevant, premium sites across the ValueClick Media network, including American Greetings, Woman's Day, Regards.com, Celebrities.com, CraftBits, Fathermag.com and PhotoReflect.
