Last.fm Founders Bid Farewell and Thank Site Users

June 11, 2009 – Yesterday the founders of Last.fm, Felix Miller, Richard Jones and Martin Stiksel, bid a thank you to their users and announced that now was "the time is right to begin the process of handing over the reins" to CBS, who purchased Last.fm on May 30, 2007 for £140 million.
