Not very useful for publishers, with the exception of mobile app developers who may find a useful revenue stream at 140proof, but looks like a good bet for advertisers. Well-designed and professional site.

Smart concept, and well worth exploring for advertisers who want to exploit the ever-cloudier social networking realm.
