Acquires Long-Time Partner Intaface Marketing
EMERYVILLE, CA. and SAO PAULO, BRAZIL - May 18, 2010 – Lyris, Inc. today announced it is further expanding into Latin America with the acquisition of long-time partner, Intaface Marketing, a digital marketing consultancy based in Argentina. With the acquisition, Lyris significantly extends its global footprint and ability to deliver integrated online marketing technology and services to customers throughout the world.

Lyris Delivers Integrated Online Marketing Solutions and Expertise to Latin American Market
To support the expansion, Lyris will be opening a new office in Brazil. Intaface founders and owners, Fernando Skrobacki and Pablo Gersberg will assume the roles of co-general managers of Lyris Latin America, and existing staff will become Lyris employees, effective immediately. Lyris is also expanding its Latin American reach with the addition of new talent.
