Lithium Technologies Partners with ON24 to Provide Integrated Community and Virtual Event Platform
San Francisco – 03 November, 2009 – On24, Inc., the global leader in webcasting and virtual event solutions, announced today that the company has collaborated with Lithium Technologies, the leading provider of Social CRM solutions to power the customer network, to offer the “Social CRM Virtual Summit,” the largest online conference for social media and CRM professionals and the first virtual show to demonstrate how social media/communities can work in tandem with virtual events to create a new and powerful business application.

The Social CRM Virtual Summit, scheduled for November 11, will showcase the Lithium-ON24 integration and feature keynote addresses in a virtual auditorium by social CRM thought leaders Paul Greenberg and Brent Leary, as well as the Altimeter Group’s Ray Wang and Owyang. The summit will also feature scheduled live chats with industry experts and practitioners; an interactive exhibit hall with dynamic sponsor booths; a resource center with an extensive collection of materials for download; and a virtual networking lounge for interaction with other B2B marketing professionals. In addition, Twitter integration (hashtag #vscrm) will further facilitate interaction.
Other features of the integrated virtual summit include:
* A “Lithosphere Community” link in the navigation bar
* A networking lounge with links to customer discussions
* Day-of-event blogs, also accessible from the networking lounge
* Following the close of scheduled chat sessions, chat logs immediately available on the Lithosphere community.
