JavaScript is a dynamic scripting language, developed by Netscape under the name "Mocha" and then taken over by Sun Microsystems that is now owned by Oracle, that allows you to add real programming to your webpages with its first-class functions.

Some of these are complete introductions and others offer A-Z references to JavaScript commands. Nearly all of the links provided are jam packed with: Easy to follow tutorials, explanations, example codes, tips, templates, workarounds and quick references. They have been collected primarily for beginners, but many sites feature more advanced help as well.
