Implix Takes on New Board Members
WILMINGTON, Delaware, December 14, 2009 -- Implix, an email marketing and online solution provider to global SOHO/SMB markets, today announced the appointment of Piotr Gliwinski and Ola Kudzin to its board of directors.
Implix managing director and customer service development director respectively, the new board members, bring extensive knowledge of the company, and broad experience in international business development and operations, affiliate program strategies, and customer service management, critical focus areas as Implix continues to expand into new product categories and market sectors.
Managing Director Gliwinski will play a central role in optimizing the structure and management of the Implix workforce in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Gliwinski’s knowledge of multicultural HR and global operations, combined with his business consulting and development experience, will be invaluable in consolidating growth strategies. As he continues to manage day-to-day operations, Gliwinski will bring crucial insights and feedback to the board and help craft the long-term business plans needed to shepherd Implix’s expansion.
Customer Service Development Director Ola Kudzin has held strategic positions at Implix since its inception in 1998. Kudzin was the architect of the Implix affiliate programs, which today generate almost 55 percent of sales revenues. She also led the development of customer support and training policies and procedures, and is still involved in daily oversight and improvement of the Implix customer experience. Kudzin’s deep understanding of SOHO/SMB and affiliate marketing challenges will help ensure that Implix strategies are both customer-focused and profitable.
