Roadsend PHP SiteManager

Roadsend PHP SiteManager is apparently "a free, open source implementation of the PHP language". That's strange. Isn't regular PHP free? Anyway, the SiteManager is a web application framework for PHP developers with modules and templates.

From the website:

The SiteManager Portal System offers web based content management and membership services with simple, online administration tools. This system combines all of the base SiteManager features including input validation, flexable template design and reuseable code into a series of extendable, reusable, configurable packages.

The SiteManager Portal System offers both content developers and web site administrators a quick and easy system which allows them to spend time building the content of their web sites; not building the delivery system.

Could be OK if you're looking for something bleak and uninviting, like a system for managing prison menus.
