Paperthin Commonspot

Paperthin Commonspot is a very snazzy, advanced ColdFusion content management system. I've designed sites with this, and recommend it.

The CommonSpot Web content management (WCM) solution provides an SEO-friendly, flexible ColdFusion CMS foundation.

It's expensive, but for larger corporate or government sites would be a good solution if you, for some reason, can't use a free system like Drupal or Joomla.
