Oxcyon Centralpoint is a commercial content management and portal system targeting health care providers and health maintenance organizations (what we used to call "doctors" and "hospitals"). Open source.

I was tempted to leave as soon as the earnest chap on the front page of the website started talking and wouldn't shut up, but stayed just long enough to click a random link and grab the snippet of text quoted above. Your call.

URLs look like the genetic sequence of an intestinal parasite. They should probably have that looked at.
