Bebo Launches Amuso Trivia Star

New Entertainment Experience Hits Popular Social Network

Whether you know everything there is to know about Madonna or consider yourself the go to for those nuggets of celebrity gold, Trivia Star is the place for you.

Launched earlier this week, this live gameshow experience will see the viewers become the contestants. Speed and accuracy are the name of the game as users play against one another in real time, interact with their fellow players and battle against the clock to answer as many questions correctly before time runs out.

Connected to Amuso's multiplayer server and couched within the 9 million* strong UK Bebo audience there is always a steady flow of contestants ready to play. Users can choose to play either a free or cash version of Trivia Star.

In the free version, users compete for points and receive special recognition for ranking in the top three places at the end of the session. In the pay-to-play version, users are prompted to make small cash deposits payable via SMS or PayPal that fund prizes for the winners. In this way, the Amuso micropayment system lets users cash in on their talent.

Each game consists of a maximum of five players. A countdown begins as soon as two players arrive in the 'lobby', during which time users can invite friends to join before the game automatically starts. Each session consists of 10 multiple choice answer format questions and a final ranking - the first correct answer is the one that counts.
