AUSTIN, Texas - January 15, 2010 - Click Forensics®, Inc., the industry leader in scoring, auditing and improving traffic quality for the online advertising community, today announced that Adknowledge, the largest privately-held advertising network, and its MIVA subsidiary, have partnered with Click Forensics.
MIVA has selected Click Forensics for its industry-leading audience verification technology, massive community data set and expertise in online traffic quality.
"We're making a significant investment in improving traffic quality for all of our advertisers in order to increase ROI and better help us target and price the best search and contextual traffic on the web," said Sloan Gaon, General Manager of the Web Content Channel at MIVA. "Click Forensics' experience and vast amount of online advertising data will augment our internal efforts in this area."
By using Click Forensics to augment its own internal traffic scoring solution, MIVA will improve its targeting of users with the most appropriate advertisement and at the right price for the advertiser. "MIVA and Adknowledge are demonstrating their commitment to delivering the very highest quality traffic to online advertisers," said Paul Pellman, CEO of Click Forensics, Inc. "We're excited to apply our industry-leading technology and traffic quality experience to the unique opportunity presented by MIVA."
The Click Forensics audience verification platform allows ad networks, advertisers, agencies and publishers to protect themselves against bad online traffic sources, while targeting and delivering traffic sources that are more likely to convert into sales. The Click Forensics platform measures and analyzes each individual ad visitor, or click, to determine its value and propensity to convert. The platform is also used to block certain types of online traffic that deliver poor ROI, such as botnets and known fraud perpetrators. The power of the Click Forensics platform is derived from monitoring online media traffic across over 300 ad networks as well as billions of clicks from top search engines, content aggregators, leading publishers and advertiser web sites - providing the most complete and holistic view of search and online advertising traffic quality.
