Black Book report ranks Acxiom number 6 for data center management and number 8 for overall ITO infrastructure

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — September 30, 2009 — Acxiom Corporation (Nasdaq: ACXM) ranked number six for data center management and number eight for overall ITO infrastructure vendors serving mid-tier companies in the 2009 Black Book of Outsourcing. Top ranked companies posted strong marks in innovation, trust, reliability and deployment.

The rankings, based on an annual survey by Brown-Wilson Group and Black Book Research, were based on customer satisfaction results for 143 outsourcing service providers.

“The Black Book rankings validate that client satisfaction is in our company’s DNA. Black Book collects ballot results on 18 performance areas of operational excellence. According to the report, “Innovation, Trust, Reliability and Deployment are the most important attributes influencing Client Companies’ satisfaction with their infrastructure outsourcing providers.”

According to the Black Book of Outsourcing, the research results in the report “are recognized as the most extensive and representative perception study of outsourcing vendors, validated by over 24,000 respondents from service users around the globe.” The report also explains that the “results from the Information Technology Infrastructure Outsourcing client survey subset is among the most requested of all Black Book reports.”
